On Ramp

Following your introductory session, we hope to have a solid understanding of where you’re coming from and what you’re trying to accomplish. You, on the other hand, will probably be a little sore (a good thing!).

OnRamp is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a healthy and active LIFE. As such, it is important for you to attend OnRamps before attending the normal class. The amount of time spent in OnRamp can vary from person to person depending on how quickly you catch on to the movements. Some stay in OnRamp longer than others, and it’s nothing to worry about. We pride ourselves in the wide range of fitness levels we can accommodate.  Most athletes complete OnRamp in 3-6 sessions.

At T1, we do OnRamp on during the normal 6 pm Class on Mondays’ and Thursdays. So you can see first hand what classes are like without the pressure to learn everything during the class.
