Matt Robertson is holding a bootcamp class on Sundays at 10:00am. This is free to T1ers and is $10 for non-T1ers.
Matt’s Bootcamp “is a fast paced, high intensity one hour workout that will help build strength, increase aerobic capacity and help shed some pounds. Workouts will consist of any combination of body weight movements, strength and aerobic exercises, running, jumping and everything in between. Bootcamp is designed to include all levels of fitness. Whether you are new to working out or a seasoned athlete, this one hour workout is for everyone.”
